B2B sales
Our products are sold for commercial/industrial use. Please review product specifications carefully before ordering. If you have questions about fit or compatibility, contact us at info@burroaire.com before placing your order.

Returns
Returns may be accepted on eligible items within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Some items may be non-returnable, including custom, special-order, or made-to-order products.

To request a return
Email us at info@burroaire.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 2-3 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
